Frequent Asked Questions

All massage sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes of hands on time, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for consultation. The session starts at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time; late arrivals can result in shorter session times.

Session times start and end at the allotted time, we can not run the service time into the next client's service. You will receive the time remaining in the service when you arrive.

Booking deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel or rebook at least 12 hours before your session time.

You do not need to undress completely unless comfortable. Undress to your comfort level, the massage therapist will adjust their massage as needed to work around any article of clothing.

Proper draping will be used throughout the massage, you will be covered at all times except the area being worked on. The draping will be very conservative to mitigate any exposure.

Pressure can be adjusted as much as necessary to suit the client's taste; generally the therapist will ask multiple times throughout the service, but it is ultimately the client's responsibility to advise on correct pressure.

The Client has every right to terminate or otherwise deny service if they do not feel comfortable being worked on by a male therapist. The therapist must be informed immediately so the session can be stopped or otherwise cancelled with a full refund if paid beforehand. If the therapist is not notified in a timely manner service will be terminated immediately but any money previously paid will not be reimbursed.

The client has the right to terminate the session at any time, for any reason. Failure to ask to end the session in a timely fashion will result in the client waiving any rights to a refund, however, the session will end immediately after the client's announcement.

If the therapist feels uncomfortable or otherwise unsafe they reserve the right to terminate or otherwise refuse service for any reason.

Due to safety concerns, children and other guests are not allowed in the service room. Guests can always book a session for themselves if there are available bookings. Children are not permitted in the clinic.
